1.1  WIZ by Neptune and the WIZ by Neptune Logo are trademarks of Neptune Work Wear Pte Ltd (Trade Marks). All material on this website, including the text, information, graphics, logos, design, layout, downloads, pricing, products and services (Content) is owned by or licensed to Neptune Work Wear Pte Ltd. You must not reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify, publish or store Content or Trade Marks for any purpose, other than with the prior written consent of Neptune Work Wear Pte Ltd, or as permitted by law. All rights of Neptune Work Wear Pte Ltd are reserved.

2. Terms of Sale

2.1 By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to our Shipping or Returns pages for further information.

2.2 In order to contract with WIZ by Neptune you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. WIZ by Neptune retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

3. Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

4. Pricing and Availability

4.1 Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

4.2 Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will also be charged; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

4.3 The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

5. Products

In describing the products available to purchase online, WIZ by Neptune attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, WIZ by Neptune does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any WIZ by Neptune Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

6. Colour

We always strive to display the colours as accurately as possible when editing images for display on our website. However due to studio lightings and different variables affecting the true colour of the product. It also depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, the colours of the products visualised on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original.  

Due to different variables affecting the true colour we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colours.

7. Measurement

All measurements provided on our website are taken as accurately as possible. Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-0.8" as items are mass produced.

8. Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

9. Discount Codes

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

10. Local Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon payment confirmation. Delivery is carried out via local carrier provider during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status.

We will deliver the order to you at the place of delivery stated by you in your Order. A delivery notification will be sent to you via email and SMS.

Under circumstances that we are unable to fulfil your delivery on time, you shall be notify via email or phone call. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

All deliveries would be attempted within 2 working days from the day the delivery notification email is dispatched to you. Should you be unavailable to receive your parcel when the delivery is first attempted, you may reschedule your delivery through the options given in the email or SMS. Subsequently, if the delivery fails there will be additional charges to get it delivered to you again. 

11. International Shipping

International shipping charges vary by the products ordered and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process.

 International orders (shipped outside Singapore) can take up to 24 business days for delivery. Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status. Not all international orders will have tracking outside Singapore, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Your local courier service will be contacting you to arrange and confirm the delivery accordingly once your parcel is in their hands.

12. International Shipping Duties and Taxes

Shipments sent outside of Singapore are sold exclusive of GST and may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Goods can be detained in customs and fees incurred.

WIZ by Neptune is not responsible for the taxes, custom fees and duty charges which may be incurred on your international order shipment. We recommend that you contact your local custom office for more info on import duties, tax and import entries fees.

13. Returns

All Returns are handled on a case by case basis.

Before sending back your returns, please contact us at info@wizworkwear.com for assistance with Original Tax Invoice attached.

Returns will only be done for items with tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Product purchase on the website in their original condition with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when you received and is packaged properly. We reserved the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.All returns are screened thoroughly upon reaching our warehouse.

For returns which are successfully processed, the refunds would be made via coupon code within 3 working days. The value of the coupon code would be paid price of the return item(s), in Singapore currency (SGD). W.I.Z coupon code is sent via email once your returns are fully processed.

Our refund coupon code can be used to make any purchase on our site within 2 months from the date of refund. Unused coupon code will eventually be voided upon expiry. Coupon code is non-exchangeable for cash. In the unlikely event if an item is returned to us in an unsuitable state, without original tags and packaging, or not in the original condition, we may have to send it back to you. Please allow 10-14 business days for us to process your return after we receive the items.

Product purchased during a sale will not be eligible for return. Embroidered or screen printed items are non-returnable.

Exchange & Returns can only be processed online. 

14. Exchange

For Exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@wizworkwear.com for further assistance. 

Original Tax Invoice is needed for exchange within 30 days upon receipt. Exchange will only be done for items with tags intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. There will be no refund of difference if price of the new product is lower than the exchanged product.

If there is any manufacturing defect, you may choose to change to another design or receive WIZ by Neptune coupon code for future purchase.

Product purchased during a sale is eligible for exchange only when you receive a defective merchandise. In the event that the item is out of stock, a coupon code refund will be offered.

15. Your conduct

15.1  You must not:

(a) use the website in breach of any applicable laws or regulations;

(b) use the website to harm, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise offend others;

(c) interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the website;

(d) upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any material that:

1.  is not your original work, or which may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another person;
2.  is, or could reasonably be expected to be, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, pornographic, vulgar, profane, indecent or otherwise unlawful, including material that racially or religiously vilifies, incites violence or hatred, or is likely to offend, insult or humiliate others based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation or any physical or mental disability;
